The edge is earned when nobody's watching.
The alarms before dawn. The sessions that leave nothing behind. The moments you choose one more rep, one more stride, one more push. Because the smallest gains create the biggest results. One more percent changes everything.

Who Are We
Our Story
Built for the people who keep showing up.
neon performance didn't start with a product. It started with a belief. That progress isn't found in shortcuts. It's earned through consistency.
The early alarms. The sessions in the rain. The runs when you'd rather stay in bed. The workouts nobody sees. The moments where you choose to keep going.
We're not professional athletes. We're people who love movement and the challenge of becoming a little better than we were yesterday.
Over the years, we've seen fitness culture become increasingly complicated. More gadgets. More hacks. More promises.
Yet some of the most important things remain surprisingly simple.
Movement. Recovery. Breathing. That's what led us to create neon.
We saw a category dominated by products designed for sleep and everyday use, but very little built specifically for people who train, compete, and move.
So we set out to create a performance-focused nasal strip designed for active lifestyles. A product that could handle sweat, movement, pressure, and repetition.
But neon was never meant to be just a product.
It's a community of runners, footballers, HYROX athletes, gym-goers, cyclists, walkers, and everyday people who understand that progress is built one session at a time.
We believe the edge isn't given. It's earned. One session. One step. One breath at a time.
Every Breath. Earned
You take 20,000 breaths every day — make them count.

Why Nasal Breathing is Important
Most of us are breathing wrong.
Mouth breathing is the default for most people — especially during exercise. But the nose is the body's primary breathing organ, designed with built-in filtration, humidification, and chemistry that the mouth simply can't replicate.
Nitric Oxide
Your nose produces nitric oxide — a molecule that helps dilate blood vessels and improve oxygen delivery to working muscles. Mouth breathing produces none of it. Every breath through your nose is measurably more efficient.
Oxygen Absorption
Nasal breathing slows airflow and creates back pressure in the lungs, giving your body more time to extract oxygen from each breath. Research suggests nasal breathing can increase oxygen uptake compared to mouth breathing — meaning more fuel for your muscles with the same effort.
Filtration & Recovery
Your nose filters, warms, and humidifies incoming air before it reaches your lungs. It's a built-in system most of us bypass entirely. Nasal breathing has also been shown to support faster post-exercise muscle recovery compared to breathing through the mouth.
The nose isn't just an alternative to the mouth. It's the better option. Relearning how to use it is one of the simplest performance gains available to anyone who moves.
